Terms and Conditions mARTrotation

1. Subject Matter of the Contract

The mARTrotation is an art subscription service where customers receive artworks for a monthly or annual fee. The works are exchanged at regular intervals (every 6 weeks).

2. Packages and Pricing

Package S (Small): Diagonal < 75 cm - 9 €/month or 99 €/year Package M (Medium): Diagonal 75–120 cm - 18 €/month or 198 €/year Package L (Large): Diagonal > 120 cm - 27 €/month or 297 €/year

With annual billing, only 11 months are charged (1 month free).

3. First Month Free

The first month is free of charge. During this period, the subscription can be terminated within 4 weeks without giving reasons. The artwork will be collected free of charge.

4. Duration and Cancellation

The subscription is monthly cancellable. Cancellation must be made in writing (by email) with 2 weeks’ notice to the end of the month.

5. Rotation of Artworks

Every 6 weeks, three new artworks are suggested for selection. The selection is made on-site during handover.

6. Purchase Option

Customers can purchase the current artwork at any time. 50% of subscription fees already paid will be credited towards the purchase price.

7. Liability and Duty of Care

Customers undertake to treat the artwork with care and protect it from damage. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable for the replacement value of the artwork.

Upon handover, a liability agreement is signed that specifies the value of the artwork, duty of care obligations, and return conditions.

8. Return

Upon termination of the subscription or rotation, the artworks will be collected. An appointment will be arranged in good time.

9. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and hanging of the artworks is included in the subscription price and takes place in Vienna and surrounding areas.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is used exclusively for processing the subscription. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

mARTastic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of material changes in good time.
